    We accept applications on a rolling basis and will consider qualified candidates through  January 3, 2025. Because spots in the program are limited, we strongly encourage students to submit applications as soon as possible. Along with the application, applicants must submit their latest report card and a 300-word essay (Essay Prompt: What are your education and career goals?). Following the initial application review process, semi-finalists will be notified by mid-January. Semi-finalists will be virtually interviewed at our Virtual Orientation and Screening Program held on Saturday, January 11, 2025.

    PROGRAM DATES

    RMM workshops are conducted on Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Kean University.

    Participants are required to attend and participate in each workshop to successfully complete the program. At the end of the program, a graduation ceremony is held on the Saturday afternoon following program completion. During the graduation ceremony, each participant will be recognized with a certificate for completing the program along with a gift of up to $100.00. Students receive $20 per session in which they fully attend and participate.

    The RMM program will be in session at Kean University on the following dates:
    • Saturday, January 18, 2025
    • Saturday, January 25, 2025
    • Saturday, February 1, 2025
    • Saturday, February 8, 2025
    • Saturday, February 15, 2025

    The Virtual Orientation & Screening Program will occur Saturday, January 11th.
    The Closing Graduation Ceremony at Kean University will occur the afternoon of Saturday, February 15th.
